Awards & Honors 

R&D 100 Award (2024) for Ion Pair Membrane Electrode Assemblies - Advent Technologies Holdings, Inc. has licensed the patents and established a research, development and manufacturing facility in Massachusetts to support various power applications. Los Alamos led the joint entry with Advent Technologies Holdings, Inc. Sandip Maurya directed the team of Eun Joo (Sarah) Park, Yu Seung Kim and Katie Heeyum Lim.

Technology Transfer Excellence Award – 2023 with Advent Technologies Holdings from Feynman Center for Innovation, LANL. – This award acknowledges my contribution to the team's efforts in transferring high temperature fuel cell technology to Advent Technologies, currently undergoing scaling up at the Boston facility.

Postdoctoral Distinguished Performance Award (PDPA) – for an outstanding and unique contribution resulting in a positive and significant impact on the LANL's research efforts and status in the scientific community.

Best Research Award for an outstanding research performance during PhD dissertation in Environmental Science and Engineering at the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology from Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology (KRICT).
